Refund Policy For Not A Bully Dog Training

At Not A Bully Dog Training, we strive to provide high-quality training services for you and your furry companion. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to accommodate our clients’ needs. Please review our refund policy below:

  1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility:
    • If you cancel your scheduled class or service at least 72 hours prior to the start time, you are eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start of the class or service are not eligible for a refund.
  2. Refund Process:
    • To request a refund, please call or text our customer service team at (719) 417-7848 as soon as possible.
    • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the request is approved.
    • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
  3. No Refunds After Class Start:
    • Once a class or service has begun, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the service, missed classes, or personal scheduling conflicts.
  4. Extenuating Circumstances:
    • In the rare event that Not A Bully Dog Training needs to cancel a class or service due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather or instructor illness, we will provide a full refund or the option to reschedule, whichever you prefer.
  5. Modifications to Refund Policy:
    • Not A Bully Dog Training reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
    • The most current version of the refund policy will be available on our website.
